The Northwest Missouri ARES Group will hold it’s monthly meeting on July 13th, 2013 9:00AM at the Cameron Missouri Public Safety Building. This meeting is open to the public. You do not have to be an amateur radio operator or a member of the Northwest Missouri ARES Group to attend our meetings. Anyone who has interest in becoming an Amateur Radio Operator is encouraged to attend. The tentative agenda for the meeting:

This months meeting will be a short business meeting at the Cameron PD and then we will meet up at Wallace State Park just east of Cameron for a mini Field Day style event. We plan to get out the generator,portable tower, batteries and set up our equipment. Plans to use WINLINK, APRS and other modes to test our abilities are on the agenda. Anyone is welcome to come out and set up or just operate. Feel free to invite prospective hams or just bring the family out for a few hours…

The NWMO ARES Group meeting is this Saturday 9am at the Cameron Public Safety building. Several items to discuss. This month’s program is “Bring your Project” day. Do you have an interesting project you’re working on or have completed and want to show it off or have a question? Bring it in !
